Demola started a career in music as Organist in 1987 at St. Dennis Catholic Church, Bariga, headed by Rev. Fr. D.J. Slattery.  

Demola Olota later became the organist and choir master at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church, Yaba for over 30 years. 

His deep love for music and the arts generally led him to the Creative Arts Department of the University of Lagos, where he studied Music and majored in Voice with piano as minor.
